Launched in 2004 Patient Safety and Quality Healthcare (PSQH) was written for and by people who were directly involved in improving patient safety and the quality of healthcare. PSQH drew its readers and contributors from many facets of the industry: clinicians, patient safety officers, risk managers, business leaders, policy makers, educators, and commercial vendors working in all healthcare settings.
The PSQH.com web site served as a web version of the bi-monthly magazine as well as a gateway to viewing the digital, “flip-book” version. The site also featured additional news articles and resources pertinent to the patient safety and the quality of healthcare arena.
